SHIPPING INFORMATION

All regular orders are processed upon receipt. We try our best to get orders out immediately but please allow 3-5 business days for processing. Processing and shipping time estimates do not account for holidays or non-business days. Shipping costs may increase depending on weight, volume, postal code, and shipping method. Shipping method may be selected at checkout. Packages will be shipped in the order they are received. Remote areas may require additional time for delivery.  Please note that shipping times are not related to processing times.

International Shipping rates vary based on package weight and distance. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing and 5-20 business days for delivery, depending on your location. Please note there may be potential Customs processing time that may pose a delay in order tracking and delivery. We are not in control of the Customs processing time and cannot predict the length this process may take. Customs & Import fees may apply to some international orders. These fees fluctuate by country and by order value, and we have no influence or control over them. The customer is responsible for all customs and / or import fees. By law, we cannot lower the invoice value or send the order as a gift.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. All sales are final.

Please note we will begin to process your order immediately after you click Submit Order button. Therefore, your order CANNOT BE CANCELLED OR MODIFIED in any way once it has been submitted
